All horses remain with the owner until sold. We take professional photos and market the horse here and on various horse search engines. An experienced horseman once said, a child's horse should have 1,000 riding hours on it. It is extremely difficult to find such a horse and generally they are very high priced. That saying is especially true for a child whose parents are not horse savvy. If you have a horse crazy child and not a lot of horse experience, the very best decision would be to take your child to riding lessons and have the trainer help you find a good match for your child. That said, there are many horses with a laid back, not spooky attitude and therefore have great potential as a kid or beginners horse. We will mention that if we feel it is the case or if the horse has been owned and safely ridden by children.
